Dash Sports’ Social Runs

Dash Sports social runs started in May 2019 when our store opened in downtown Clermont. We started out as a group of friends wanting to run in downtown on a weekly basis. This group of runners and joggers continued to grow every week and we decided to set a scheduled run each week.

Every Wednesday, we host a FREE run/walk/jog meet up at Dash Sports starting at 6:30 PM. the FloDash Events Team determines the route which ranges from 3-5 miles (or 30-45 minutes for those walking). Stick around after for drinks from the Dash Sports cooler and share your stories and goals with the rest of the group in a casual indoor and outdoor setting.

There’s no need to sign up or commit to either run. Just show up in your shoes and get ready for fun! If you would like more information, call the store or email us at 741dashsports@gmail.com.

Annette was very helpful, she recommended two different shoes for me and told me that socks make a huge difference too. I didn’t realize that would make such an improvement in my comfort.
