South Lake MultiSport Events

FloDash Events creates endurance experiences that are fun and unique with an emphasis on health and community. We produce a variety of races including Florida's Fastest 5k and the Clermont Clay 15k.

Take your run to the next level of FUN! Wednesday nights at 6:30 we host a free community 3-5 mile run/walk/jog. Hang out after and enjoy drinks from the Dash Sports cooler. Follow us on Facebook and join us for free pizza from Corelli's once a month!

No matter what your pace, this is the place for you! Coaches Hemant and Jeff will challenge you on Monday and Thursday nights at 6:30 pm.

South Lake Multisport Events, Inc. (SMLE) operates as a 501(c)3 for the purpose of raising funds to benefit local endurance venues.

Took the family to Dash Sports in Winter Garden this weekend for new walking/running shoes. Ashlyn greeted us when we arrived and she was awesome. She spent time asking questions about our exercise routines, reviewing our individual walking behaviors, and explained different shoe options to best address each family member’s needs. Great selection of high-end (Hoka, Brooks, etc.) shoes for people who are serious about taking care of their body and feet. We all left extremely pleased with our new shoes. We will be going back to Dash Sports when the time comes for new runners!

Sent here by my foot doctor. First time I ever had a shoe fitting and it was a fantastic experience! Came back after my foot doctor suggested I would benefit from a new insole and the team set me up with exactly what I needed. My sore feet have never felt better.

Candice was awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable with all the different brands of shoes and took time to answer all of our questions. We were able to test out different shoes on the treadmill they have in store. Dash is a place we continue to come back time and time again! Their staff and service is top notch!
