We're open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
While appointments aren't required, we recommend scheduling to ensure dedicated one-on-one service. Our busiest times are midday during weekdays and weekends. A typical fitting takes 20-40 minutes.
Please bring your current athletic or work shoes to help us assess wear patterns, along with any orthotics or inserts you use. Wearing your typical athletic socks is helpful, though we provide clean try-on socks if needed.
Yes! We offer virtual fittings via Zoom or FaceTime for customers who can't visit our Winter Garden store. We'll assess your gait, current shoes, and needs remotely, then ship your selected shoes directly to you.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn shoes in original condition with receipt.
We offer free socks with the purchase of full-priced shoes when you sign up for our email list. We also run seasonal promotions and special events throughout the year.
Yes! If we don't have your size or preferred model in stock at our Winter Garden location, we can special order from our vendors. Most special orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
