Complimentary Shoe Fitting

Three things help most: the shoes you wear now, any orthotics or insoles you use, and the socks you actually run, walk, or work in. Your old shoes tell us more than a measurement can, because the wear pattern on the sole shows where your foot loads with every step.

Forgot the socks? We keep clean try-on socks at the counter, so it is never a reason to postpone. If a podiatrist has given you specific instructions or a prescription insole, bring that too and we will fit around it. We fit shoes, we do not diagnose, so anything medical still belongs with your doctor.

The fitting is complimentary, and it stays that way whether you buy that day or not. There is no fee, no deposit, and no obligation. We would rather you leave in the right shoe from somewhere else than the wrong shoe from us, though that rarely happens once you have walked in a few options.

You do not need an appointment either. Walk in during store hours and a fitter will take you through the whole process. That said, Saturday afternoons and the hour after work get busy, so booking ahead is worth it if your time is tight. Come back in and talk to a fitter. Bring the shoes and, if you have it, the receipt. Unworn shoes in original condition can be returned within 30 days. If you have already put miles on them, we still want to see them, because the wear pattern tells us what the fit got wrong.

Most of the time the fix is small: a half size, a wider last, a different insole, or a lacing change that stops your heel from slipping.
