In The Heart Of Downtown Clermont
The store sits on West Montrose Street in the middle of downtown Clermont, one block up from Waterfront Park and the South Lake Trail. That is not an accident. Plenty of customers finish a lap of Lake Minneola, walk over in the shoes they were testing, and tell us straight away what worked and what did not.
It is an easy drive from Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte, and Montverde, and minutes from the National Training Center — where Dash Sports first opened in 2006 as Gear for MultiSport before moving downtown in 2019.
Free social runs leave from our front door on Wednesday evenings, with a Tuesday run from The View @ Clermont National. Every pace is welcome and nothing needs a signup.

Clermont is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Worth knowing if you are deciding between stores: Clermont opens two hours earlier on Sundays than our Winter Garden store, which runs 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Midday on weekdays and both weekend days are the busiest stretches. If your schedule is tight, call ahead and we will have a fitter waiting when you walk in. Fittings before or after regular hours can also be arranged on request. Call (352) 394-7434 or text (352) 217-9291.
We are at 741 West Montrose Street, Clermont, FL 34711, among the shops in the downtown district and one block from Clermont Waterfront Park and the South Lake Trail. Coming in on Highway 50, turn toward the lake and you will find us on Montrose.
Parking is easy. Turn down the alley off 8th Street and park right behind the store for convenient back-door access. We always say, “Back door guests are best!”
It is a short drive from Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte, and Montverde, and just a few minutes from the National Training Center. If you are coming from Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, or Horizon West, our Winter Garden store is probably the closer trip. Use the map on this page for turn-by-turn directions.
No. Walk-ins are welcome any time we are open. A fitter takes you through the whole process — measuring both feet for length and width, reading the wear pattern on the shoes you arrived in, and watching you walk in the store and on the treadmill. It costs nothing whether you buy that day or not.
Booking ahead is still worth it when your time is limited, because it means somebody is set aside for you. Use the request button on this page or call (352) 394-7434. Cannot get to Clermont at all? A virtual fitting over Zoom or FaceTime covers the same ground and the shoes ship to your door.
Clermont carries our deepest selection: road, trail, and racing shoes, walking and everyday comfort shoes, slip-resistant work shoes for people on their feet all shift, and wide and extra-wide widths. Brands on the wall include Brooks, HOKA, New Balance, ASICS, Saucony, Clove, and Aetrex.
Past footwear you will find insoles and over-the-counter orthotics, Injinji socks, compression gear, Therabody recovery tools, and nutrition from Maurten, GU, Clif, Honey Stinger, Skratch, and Tailwind.
